The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications between you and CDS Global are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center. We safeguard any personal information you may supply and do not share it.
Instructions for new users
- When you register for eBill the first time you will need to click on the Register Now button.
- From this link, you will be required to input a Service Account Number and Secret Code.
- Service Account Number: 10 Digits beginning with 029700XXXX – This can obtained on your first invoice or by calling into customer service.
- Secret Code – 7 Digits in Length – 297XXXX
- The first 3 digits are 297 followed by the last 4 digits of the main Telephone Number you have listed on your account. (Helpful Hint – If you do not have Telephone service with us, it will be the last four digits of the cellular number you provided when you signed up).
